- Will leak detection damage my property?
- No. We use non-invasive technology like thermal imaging, acoustic sensors, and ground-penetrating radar. No drilling, cutting, or demolition required in most cases.
- Does insurance cover leak detection?
- Many policies cover detection costs when water damage is present. We provide detailed reports for your insurance claim documentation.
- How quickly can you respond?
- Same-day response is often available for urgent situations. Regular appointments are typically scheduled within 24–48 hours.
- What if you don't find a leak?
- You receive a comprehensive report confirming no active leaks were detected. This documentation is valuable for insurance, property sales, or peace of mind.
- Do you respond to RFPs and RFQs?
- Yes. We respond to public-sector procurement requests at all levels — municipal, regional, provincial, federal, and Indigenous. We can also accept direct awards under standard provincial thresholds.
- Are you insured for public-sector work?
- Yes. We carry $5M commercial general liability, WorkSafeBC coverage, and all required bonding for public-sector contracts.

- What is your procurement process for leak detection services?
- We accept RFP, RFQ, and direct-award engagements. We provide complete insurance and bonding documentation, detailed scope of work, and fixed-price or T&M pricing as your procurement rules require.
- Can you work in occupied schools and hospitals?
- Yes. We regularly work in active schools, hospitals, and long-term care facilities. Our team completes site-specific safety orientations and uses only non-invasive equipment.
- How do you report water-loss data for conservation compliance?
- Our reports include pre- and post-repair flow data, estimated volume recovery, and methodology documentation — suitable for council reporting and grant applications.
- Do you have bonding capacity for large municipal contracts?
- Yes. We hold bonding capacity sufficient for large-diameter water main surveys and multi-site municipal contracts.
