The Problem
A Surrey secondary school had water pooling near the gym foundation. School was in session with a regional tournament in three weeks.
Detection Method
Evening thermal imaging of the gym slab identified a 4C differential near the east wall from a hot water line leaking beneath the slab.
Results
300mm x 300mm patch cut during a weekend. Tournament proceeded as scheduled. District added annual gym scans to prevention schedule.
